How Can I Add Or Update Pet Information?

To add your pet information, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your client account.
  2. Click the Add Pets button at the top of the page, or go to Petcare > My Pets (from the list of tabs on the left, in the hamburger menu). 
  3. Begin filling out the fields such as your pet’s name, gender, breed, etc. Make sure to be detailed! Also, notice that there are certain *required fields in each section. Be sure to answer those! 
  4. Once you’re done with each section, click Next at the bottom to be directed to the next section. 
  5. Once you get to the very bottom of the page, click Save. A confirmation message will then appear across the top of the screen. 
  6. If you’d like to then add another pet, click New Pet and fill out the information and follow steps 2-5.

You can see your newly added pet profile by refreshing the page Petcare > My Pets.

To edit/update any current pet information, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your client account.
  2. Go to Petcare > My Pets (from the list of tabs on the left, in the hamburger menu). 
  3. Locate the pet profile you’d like to edit/update and click the pencil icon off to the right.
  4. Make updates wherever necessary and click Save at the bottom of the page. A confirmation message will then appear across the top of the screen.
