How do I give you my personal information?
You can give us all your relevant personal information by adding it directly into your client account!
To add your personal information, please complete the steps below:
- Login to your client account.
- Go to the main menu
and click Petcare > My Info.
- Begin filling out the fields such as your address, emergency contact, home information, and more. Notice that there are certain *required fields in each section.
- Once you’re done with each section, click
to be directed to the next section.
- Click Save.
Please note: We conduct work solely on the basis of the information that’s detailed for us in your account. Therefore, it’s important to keep your personal and pet information as updated and thorough as possible. This will ensure that our team members have all necessary information at their expense when providing services to your pets.
The system is asking me to complete a 3 month review of my personal info, what do I do?
Complete the review! It is important that you stay on top of updates to your personal info in your account because often times, clients enter their info once and then never adjust or update it. And that’s the only way the team can be successful in working with you is if they have all the right information at their expense at all times.
Whenever I make updates, I get an error message saying required fields not saved. What do I do?
Scroll down and look through and locate those fields that you haven’t edited or added anything to. They should be noted at the top of your screen in a red message box and the individual fields themselves should be outlined in red so that it’s easy for you to find what exactly you haven’t completed.
