To add your billing information to your client account, please complete the steps below:
- Login to your client account.
- Go to the main menu and click Billing > My Billing Info.
- In the field “Keep Credit Card on File” click Yes.
- Select your payment method and fill out the rest of the information.
- Below that, enter your billing address.
- Click Save.
You can make updates to your billing information at any point by going back to Billing > My Billing Info. After entering any new info, make sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.
Please note: We ONLY accept card as a valid payment method. You MUST have and keep your card on file with us in order to request our pet services.
