What is Precise Petcare?
Precise Petcare is a third-party software that all Hands N Paws team members use in order to:
- Access and manage their work schedules
- Submit and manage their work availabilities
- View client & pet notes for completing assignments properly
- Send journal reports to clients once they complete pet services
- Run and view their pay reports

You can access Precise Petcare on your desktop computer (click here for login page), but you’ll primarily use the app version, which you can download here:
Why is the app crashing so much?
If you’re having issues with the app crashing/bugging out, click here. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please submit a ticket to Precise Petcare’s support team.
What can I do on the Messages tab in Precise Petcare?
Under Communication > Messages, you can compose and send in-app emails to clients you’ve worked with, both past and present. You can also contact “HNP Management” this way, however, we prefer to keep all team communications consolidated to Slack.
To write a message, simply click the New Message button, complete the form, and click Send.
Keep in mind that clients might not be very familiar with this feature in their Precise accounts. If your message is urgent or requires a prompt or definite response, it’s best to text or call clients using the phone number in their client profile notes.
What can I do on the My Account tab in Precise Petcare?
On the My Account page, you can find and manage all your personal account information. This page also allows you to customize your app settings. For example, you can change the login page to any page you prefer by selecting it from the Start Page dropdown at the top. Below that, you can update your account email and password, if needed.
At the bottom of this page, there’s a setting labeled Drop Completed Visits to Bottom. We recommend turning this ON to make it easier to distinguish between completed and pending visits when navigating multiple visits your schedule on a given day.
