Service Box Colors

On your My Schedule, service boxes may appear in different colors depending on the status of the service. Please see the color chart below to learn more about what each one means!

WHITE = Requested

If you’ve requested a new service and it hasn’t yet been made available for any pet care technicians to accept, it’ll appear in WHITE. You will also see a red Requested tag in the upper left corner of the service box.

WHITE with strikethrough = Unavailable

If you’ve requested a service and we do NOT have the availability to accept it, we’ll decline (you will always receive a email and/or push notification from Precise Petcare to let you know) and the service box will appear in white with a red Unavailable tag in the upper left corner with strikethrough content.

YELLOW = Pending

Once your service request comes through, we make it available for any pet care technician in the system to accept. If the appointment is yellow for some time, that just means it’s waiting to be accepted by an individual team member; therefore, this means the service hasn’t yet been officially accepted/confirmed. Soon as someone accepts, it’ll turn GREEN (confirmed) and you’ll receive a confirmation shortly thereafter.

PLEASE NOTE: We prioritize handling requests that are scheduled to occur sooner rather than later. Still, we try to process all incoming service requests as soon as possible! 

GREEN = Confirmed

If you’ve requested a service and we have the availability to accept it, we’ll confirm (you will always receive a confirmation email and/or push notification from Precise Petcare to let you know) and the service box will appear in GREEN. 

BLUE = In Progress

This simply means the assigned pet sitter is currently at your home, taking care of your pets! You can even see the time the pet care technician arrived to the appointment and a GPS map of his/her whereabouts in real-time! 

Dark Gray with strikethrough = Canceled

If you’ve submitted a cancellation request and it was processed/accepted, you will receive a cancellation email from Precise Petcare as soon as possible letting you know the service was canceled. To see that the service was successfully canceled, it’ll also appear in dark gray with strikethrough content on your My Schedule page. 

PLEASE NOTE: Only when cancellation requests are approved do service boxes appear in dark gray. If a cancellation is still in the requested stage (pre-approval), the service box will appear in green with a “Cancel Requested” tag in the upper left corner.

Light Gray = Completed

This simply means the service is completed. You can even see a timestamp within the service box that shows when the service started and ended!

Leaving a Tip

You are able to add tips easily, before or after visits have been completed, and before or after invoices have been paid. You can leave
