Adding & Updating Personal Information

To add your personal information, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your client account.
  2. From the list of tabs on the left, go to Petcare > My Info
  3. Begin filling out the fields such as your address, emergency contact, home information, and more. Notice that there are certain *required fields in each section. Be sure to answer those! 
  4. Once you’re done with each section, click Next at the bottom to be directed to the next section. 
  5. Once you get to the very bottom of the page, click Save. A confirmation message will appear across the top of the screen.

To update any information (once saved), please just navigate to the field you want to update, delete the old info, and insert the new info! When done, please click Save at the bottom of the page.
